Scaffolding & formwork hire
Every hire becomes a numbered ticket. It moves across five stages, carries its own collection date, and chases that date by email — so gear comes back on time and the invoice goes out behind it.

HIRE ONLY SCAFFOLDING
Why yards lose money
Nobody loses a job because the work was bad. They lose it because a date lived in one person’s head, and that person was on leave.
Gear sits on a site for three weeks after the job ended, earning nothing, because the collection date was never written anywhere the whole team could see.
The rep who knew the job is away, and nobody else can find the site address, the quote number, or what was actually delivered.
Someone tidies the board and a job disappears — taking with it the record you needed the day the customer disputed the invoice.
How a job moves
No columns to design, no workflow to configure. It already works the way a hire yard works.
What you get
Every job gets a running number with your own prefix — NS‑0001, NS‑0002 — so the yard, the office and the customer are all talking about the same thing.
Two days before a due or collection date, the assigned rep and the customer both get an email. The same reminder never goes out twice.
Deleting a job is a request, not a button. It waits in an approvals queue until an admin says yes, and the history stays either way.
Every move, comment and file is stamped with who did it and when. When an invoice is questioned six months later, the answer is on the ticket.
Each customer has an assigned representative, so every job already knows who is responsible for it and who to remind.
Your team signs in with a six-digit code sent to their email. Nothing to forget, nothing written on the inside of a hard hat.
Attach delivery notes and site photos to the ticket itself, and tick off what still has to happen before it can be closed.
No app to install and nothing to update. If a driver has a browser and signal, they have the board.
Your company name, logo and sign-in screen. Your team should feel like they are opening your system, not ours.
Included from Team upwards
Site, work done, days on site, value, driver and crew — captured against the job it belongs to, then printed as a clean landscape report for the morning meeting.
It is the sheet most yards already keep by hand. Here it links back to the ticket, so the report and the board can never disagree.
| Quote | Site | Work done | Days | Value |

Group jobs into projects, switch between them, and see only the work for the project you are looking at.
For a yard running several big jobs at once. Every job can belong to a project, the board shows one project at a time, and the totals and reports follow the project you have picked. Jobs with no project are still there under Everything, so nothing goes missing when you start using it.

If the way you work does not fit what is already in here, we will build the missing piece and switch it on for your workspace only. We quote it first, and the monthly amount on your subscription goes up by what the quote says.

Straight answers
The board goes read-only. You keep every job, customer and file, and you can still open and read all of it. Choose a plan and it picks up exactly where it stopped. Nothing is deleted.
You keep working for 7 days while you sort it out, then the board goes read-only. You are never locked out of your own job records because a card expired.
Yes. Each company gets its own workspace at its own address, and signing in to one tells the system nothing about any other.
No. It runs in a browser on a laptop or a phone. There is nothing to install, nothing to update, and no app store to wait for.
Yes. Admins can export the full workspace as a file at any time on the Business plan, and we will produce one on request on any plan. It is your record, not ours.
One set of scaffolding left standing three weeks past its collection date usually costs more than a year of this. The board exists to stop that one thing happening.
14 days, every feature, no card. If it does not fit how your yard works, walk away and nothing happens.
